This is a really great cook book in general but especially for people who are trying to eat more whole grains. The recipes are for a whole variety of different types of grains and while not fussy or complicated are all fresh flavored and very good. The pancake recipe is an new classic- delicious and fluffy with ricotta cheese and just a bit of whole wheat flour and oats.
