About the Author
J. R. Claycomb (Ph.D) is currently an assistant professor in physics at Houston Baptist University. He teaches modern physics, biophysics and astronomy and his research interests include biophysics and magnetic measurements. He has published over 40 journal articles and is a consultant for various engineering companies.

Applied Electromagnetics: cover many examples (includes CD)

Very useful book on Electromagnetism (intermediate University level). Theoretical and conceptual backgrounds are not very deep. The book is centered on technical aspects (numerical techniques, etc.) and solution of interesting examples using QuickField (lots of examples) and MATLAB. Examples range from classical academic ones to topics in superconductivity or biophysics (cell models).

El texto se centra más en aspectos técnicos (métodos numéricos, etc. ) que en aspectos conceptuales (que son incluidos principalmente a título de revisión).
